Mason of the Year
“He who can best work and best agree.”
The Acacia No. 42 Mason of the Year is an award given out to the brother of the lodge that has shown exceptional service to the Craft and lodge through his participation and works.
The brother that has performed above and beyond the call of duty is considered. The awardee is chosen by a committee made up of the three pillar officers of the lodge, namely the Worshipful Master, Senior, & Junior Wardens.
Lecturer Award
“We labor in lodge to build ourselves a perfect building.”
The Acacia No. 42 Lecturer Award is given out to the brother of the lodge that has proven not only proficient in all three main degree lecturers but has performed them all within a masonic year during a degree (exemplification does not count towards this award).
The awardee is not only awarded his name on the award plaque but gifted a large personalized keepsake Masonic bible.
Master Architect Award
From the Grand Lodge of Arizona
This prestigious award from the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Arizona recognizes a Blue Lodge and its leadership’s comprehensive excellence in Masonic activities. The four essential components for this award are:
