Attention Members and Affiliates

New payment methods are listed below. It is your responsibility to read all instructions before submitting payments. At the Grand Communication held in June 2025, the adoption of E-Dues Cards was approved. As a result, printed dues cards will no longer be issued for the year 2026. Members who wish to have a physical dues card will need to print one themselves from their Grand View account. If a member is unable to do so and requests assistance, the Lodge Secretary may print the card directly from the member’s Grand View record. If your address is correct, please proceed.

For Members

Reminder: Per Acacia 42 bylaws, membership dues are due January 1st of every year without notice. Not receiving an invoice does not exclude a member from his yearly dues responsibilities. All regulations and edicts per the Grand Lodge F&AM of AZ will be executed per the established timelines.

Method One: Mail or Drop Off

Please ensure your contact information is up to date. This can be done in order of preferred method:

  1. Use Grandview the official membership portal of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Arizona to update your address.
  2. Contact the secretary and update your information by email: secretary@acacia42.com.
  3. You’re always welcome to drop your yearly dues off by visiting on Lodge night or by using our mailbox located on the south property entrance.
  4. Check or money orders can be mailed to the address below.

Method Two: Electronic Payment (Zelle)

Members using the Zelle digital payment app can now pay dues, make donations, or purchase merchandise electronically using the email: secretary.acacia42@gmail.com

Please note: It is vital to mark in the memo section what you are submitting payment for. Failure to do so will sweep your funds into the general fund.

Also, if asked, please mark the payment as “friend to friend” and NOT for “business” or “services”. This is the member’s responsibility.

Donations

The lodge depends heavily on the helpful donations of its members. If you wish to make a donation, it can be received by cash, check, or money order and mailed to the lodge address.

Electronic donations can be made using the Zelle option noted above or by contacting the Lodge Treasurer.

For Associates and Affiliates

To make a payment of any unpaid balances, you must ensure we have the most current contact information for you and your organization. This can be done by contacting your Acacia 42 Board of Trustees point of contact and emailing the lodge secretary at secretary@acacia42.com.

Once your information is updated, and if approval is given by the Secretary, some affiliates may be able to use our electronic payment method. See the secretary for details. You will receive a digital receipt after any transaction and should save all payment confirmations for your records.
